I've started stitching a little kitten face for WOCS to be made into a lap quilt; however, I had to change some of the thread colors, as there were too many purple combinations. I have no idea how it will turn out, but it will have to do. I'm almost half-way finished and I'll post the picture soon.
I've also signed up for another couple of squares for Love Quilts: a beautiful yellow butterfly resting on an orange flower for a little girl, and a Mallard duck for a boy in Louisiana who loves the outdoors.
I love to cross stitch for charity. My main focus since I retired in 2006 has been stitching and sewing for World of Charity Stitching and Love Quilts USA.
