This piece is one of several bird squares to be made into a lap quilt for a senior man at the Century Care Center. I know someone will love this quilt of various birds.I started this Golden Eagle last Thursday and finished it tonight. I've been watching the Casey Anthony murder trial (taping it during the day) and watching while stitching at night. Sometimes, during testimony, I forget to stitch, as I get caught up in the horrific events that ended little Caylee's life. This is such a sad story of the shortened life of this beautiful little girl.
