Another finish for Love Quilts. These flowers are for a sick little girl named Olivia and will be part of a beautiful quilt put together by one of the quilters for Love Quilts. This organization makes special quilts for sick boys and girls. If you want to view some of the finished quilts, you can see them here.

Fab Hop Shop Winnings
These are the fat quarters I chose from my winnings from Around the Block Quilters Shop during a recent Fab Hop Shop contest.
I have already been able to utilize the gold fabric on the right to line an iPad cover I finished recently.
There is still time to enter and win some fabulous prizes during February at the Fab Hop Shop.

iPad Cover
I made this iPad cover from a tutorial from the OneShabbyChick website. The tutorial was easy to follow, and I am happy to say I didn't even have to use my seam ripper one time! When I sew or cross stitch items, I usually don't make them for myself, but since I had a new iPad (first one) I decided to make one for me. The fabric was bought at JoAnn's a few weeks ago and it has been cut out and waiting for me to sew it together for several days.

Whimsical Owl
This cute whimsical owl is one of Tonia's designs. She is the owner and gift-giver of designs at OakHavenDesigns. If you haven't joined her current SAL, you still have time to join. She gives a new chart to her members once a month to be stitched by the members. Tonia also gives other "special" gifts to her members. She recently gifted two cute valentine charts to anyone in the group who made a request for her gift.
This owl square is actually a combination of two of her charts, as it will be one of the nine squares that will be made into a beautiful quilt by my group, World of Charity Stitching. It will be donated to a very special (as yet to be named) senior citizen or resident of a residential care facility. Sometimes there are people in the care facilities who are not seniors and because they need special care, they are sometimes chosen as the recipients of these gifts from our group.

Two new totes finished for World of Charity Stitching. The teddy bear square was an orphan square from a while back and the "goldfish" cat is a free chart I downloaded and stitched recently.
