Our group, World of Charity Stitching, is making one (or possibly two) snowglobe quilts for a lucky senior lady or ladies. Here is my contribution to this quilt. It was fun to stitch. Thanks again to Vee of Vee and Company for donating these beautiful charts to our group so we could give to our charities.

A Therapy Pillow
I had stitched a couple of small squares a while back, but didn't really know what to do with them, until I saw a pillowcase that one of our WOCS members had recently finished.
It was fairly easy and it turned out better than I thought it would, since I didn't really have a pattern (just the one in my head-and it gets goofed up sometimes.) I have a matching bear square already finished that I plan to make into another pillowcase for a senior man at Century Care Center, one of the charities we support.
I had some fabric remnants that dectorators give to people to take home to match their decor, and I used a small piece of that for the pillow and sewed a small band around the end. For the pillow form, I used some left-over material to make a small form and stuffed it and sewed the end together.

Look at What a Cute Little Owl I Won
I entered a recent giveaway that Lani was having and was one of the lucky winners. Lani is the owner of the website called "create". She sells these cute little owl business card holders at her Etsy Shop. You can find her shop here. She also has other items for sale, so please visit Lani at her shop.
Can you believe that she really LOVES owls? Actually, I love them too and am a collector of owl figurines and photos. We even had a beautiful little Eastern Screech Owl visit our backyard several years ago. My husband took several pictures and my mother even had an "owl" mouse pad made for me as a gift from one of the photos.
I'm also working on a Stitch-a-long with the ladies of Tonia's group at OakHaven Designs. Tonia designs these cute little monthly owls as freebies for her group members. I am currently working on July's owl (I know, I'm a little bit behind.) When I am finished, I plan on creating a nice fabric wall hanging, but I still need to find the perfect coordinating fabric.

"You Are Beautiful" Tote Bag
A while back I had posted a photo of a square I stitched for World of Charity Stitching group. I recently made this tote using the square. It is actually made from one of those fabric swatches you get in the stores to take home to match your decor. My daughter-in-law had given me a bag-full about two years ago and I finally found something useful to make with it. I hope it will make a senior lady very happy to receive it.

Clown Face
A new finish for WOCS for our Clown-themed quilt to be given to a child. This was fun to stitch because of all the bright colors (and not any half or quarter stitches-yeah!).
I am now working on some cute little bookmarks for our "bookmark" drive for the children and senior citizens.

A Fun Square to Stitch
The members of my group, World of Charity Stitching, are in the process of stitching squares for a man's lap quilt for the Century Care Center, in Century, Florida. It will be given during the upcoming holiday season to a lucky senior citizen.
I found this freebie on Cyberstitcher's website, and after making a couple of modifications, here is my completed square. It was fun to stitch.
